What you will do?

Meeting Point: Balinese Traditional Market

Before we start the Cooking Class, we should buy the ingredients first!

As you will be cooking Balinese dishes in Bali, you can’t buy the ingredients at the supermarket. You should be buying them at the Traditional Market. To reach the nearby market, you will be driving a traditional vehicle called Bemo!

#

Get to know : Balinese Traditional Market

At the Traditional Market, you will be seeing a lot of stuff—from fresh vegetables, fruits, to ceremonial stuff.

One thing that makes the Traditional Market is different to Supermarket is the transaction system. Here, you can bargain the price until both you and the seller find a mutual agreement!

#

Refreshment at Balinese Compound

After buying the ingredients at the Traditional Market, you will be going back to Balinese Compound.

There, you will be enjoying some refreshments with Traditional Snacks and Hot Tea or Hot Coffee. You will also see women making a Canang Sari and Anyaman—feel free to join them and learn to make one!

Experience: Balinese Culinary Experience or Cooking Class

The main event is here!

You will be experiencing the Cooking Class next by the ricefield. Our professional chef will teach you to cook four different Balinese Traditional Dishes, such as Satay Lilit, Tum Ayam, Tuna Sambal Matah, and Dadar Gulung as the dessert!

Psst, you can also taste your own cooking after the session ends!
